We will process everything via e-mail and the net. This will help expedite an earlier start up date. Start up date is to be determined (we hate to "build it," and no one comes.....). This is SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE..
You will be required to complete and return a course evaluation at the end of the CECH/CEU program.
This program will probably last no less than 4 weeks and no more than 5 weeks, with 1+ hour sessions per week.
CHES Certificates will be e-mailed in Word format.

RESPONSIBILITY II - PLANNING EFFECTIVE HEALTH EDUCATION PROGRAMS.RESPONSIBILITY IV - EVALUATING EFFECTIVENESS OF HEALTH EDUCATION PROGRAMS
Learning Objectives:
On completion of the on-line CECH event, participants will be able to:
1.Determine priority areas of need for health education.
2. Determine the extent of available health education services.
3. Match health education services to proposed program activities.
4. Determine the availability of information, personnel, time, and equipment neededto implement the program for a given audience.

Other Requirements for online courses:
1. A camera and microphone attached to your computer.
2. A computer running at least 100mhz. Mac OS 8.0+, or Windows 95/98. You will also need QuickTime Video, available at http://www.apple.com. Quicktime works on Windows and Mac Computers.
3. Time during the day or night to chat and participate in the lecture/discussion. Schedules will be arranged for a most convenient time for all participants. No more than 1.5 per week will be scheduled. Individual lessons will not be available. A total of 4 hours (allowing one hour for technical issues, homework, and office hour time) will be reserved for this first CHES CECH. Free "Office Hours" will be provided; the instructor will be available at designated times during the session (at least one hour) to take questions. Those missing more than 15 minutes of any one session of the course will not qualify for completion of the CECHs and will not be awarded credit.
